Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days from the date of your order, without giving any reason, unless:
- you have already started accessing or downloading the digital content (in which case the right to cancel is waived once delivery has begun).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Paddle’s Buyer Support Team using the link in your purchase confirmation email.
Refunds will be processed by Paddle in accordance with their Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer protection laws.
